I’ve been meaning to share with you guys what supplements I take. However, I wanted to wait until I settled on a protein supplement that I liked. Below are the supplements that I take and why. I also made a YouTube video, its linked down below.
Multivitamin: Helps provide essential nutrients that you may not be getting from your diet.
Fish Oil: Provides essential nutrients and helps prevent and manage heart disease. It is also said to help lower blood pressure.
Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs): Essential amino acids that aid in delaying fatigue, help with recovery, and prevent muscle breakdown.
Protein: Important part of a balanced diet. One of the main nutrients required by the body.
