“Your struggles develop your strength”
Kelly and I did it again, we worked out at LA Fitness. This time we trained shoulders. I want to be transparent with you guys as I take you along my fitness journey. During this workout I struggled with the Arnold Dumbbell Press and rather than cut those clips from my video I decided to share them with you instead. Its good to challenge yourself, so don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone and try a new workout and or go up in weight.

- Seated Dumbbell Press (3 x 15)
- Arnold Dumbbell Press (3 x 15)
- Front Dumbbell Raise (3 x 15)
- Side Lateral Raise (3 x 15)
